Nomination for Officers and Directors
ISACA Hudson Valley Chapter Members,
Our chapter by-laws require that a list of
nominations for Officers and Directors be presented to the
membership, 30 days prior to the Chapter's regular June meeting.
Unfortunately, the Board has encountered some difficulties in
compiling a slate of officers in a timely manner this year, but the
following is the list of nominations for Officers and Directors, as
it currently stands:
President - Edward Nadareski
President-elect - vacant
Secretary - Richard Thomas
Treasurer - Wes More
VP Membership - Lisa LeBlanc
VP Education - vacant
VP Programs - Robert Schwind
VP Advertising/Publicity - Pamela Matthews
Newsletter Editor - Dennis Buckley
CISA/CISM Coordinator - Nadine Morrell
Membership Database - vacant
Director of Awards - Bernie McHugh
Webmaster - Paul Bartosik
Past President - Mike Farrar
The Chapter by-laws state that in the event of a
vacancy in the office of President- elect, the office will remain
vacant until a special or regular election is held, In the case of
a vacancy of any office (other than President or President-elect),
the Board of Directors shall appoint a Chapter member to fill the
unexpired portion of the term.
The Officers and Directors nominated shall be
elected by a plurality of the members voting at a membership
meeting to be scheduled shortly, probably during the month of
August. Newly elected Officers and Directors will take Office
immediately following that election.
