Auditing a Business Continuity Plan

It’s management’s responsibility to assess and manage risk as part of their business continuity planning process. Internal and external auditors can assist management by evaluating business continuity plans and recommending improvements, thereby helping to produce a higher quality plan. This presentation will outline the audit steps taken during a review of a Business Continuity Plan, and will highlight the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council’s change to their business continuity evaluation procedures.
